Confirmed Service Customer
The advisor was good. Technician seemed to do a thoroughly great job. Happy with the work and prices seemed fair. 1) Couldn't get an update. Calling, I get the call center and they tell me they can't reach the dealership. Very impersonal. Advisor texts me 7 hours after appt. 2) I was disappointed how dirty my air filters were. This is the only dealership that has serviced my vehicle and by the looks of the filters they'd never been checked. Something to maybe pass along to technicians.
